This page is dedicated to the future and ongoing projects that ACRWD may have funds or grants appropriated
for.
SUNSHINE MEETING
We had a real good turn
out for the meeting at Sunshine Ridge Church on January 10, 2012. We will be planning another meeting soon and we will post
it here as well as in the paper. We need to continue to work on the easements so we know where we are going to install the
lines. I trust that everyone got the answers they needed. If you still have questions or concerns about this project, please

Notice We have scheduled an informational meeting for January 10, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., regarding new water services
on Sunshine Ridge Road and surrounding roads. The meeting will be held at the Sunshine Ridge Church. For those interested
in water taps and would like to sign up, please bring a copy of your property deed. Ms. Holly Johnson, Economic and Community
Development Director, will be on hand to explain how her office may be able to help in the acquisition of water taps. We will
be trying to obtain easements for the line extension at this meeting as well. This is a very important
meeting so we ask all residents in the area to attend.If
you have any questions pertaining to this meeting or the Sunshine Ridge Project , please call our business office anytime
during regular business hours.

Adams County Regional Water District
New Projects ! We are now actively seeking funding for the Sunshine
Ridge Road project and have acheived part of the monies needed. We have also made an agreement on property for a tank
site. We will be scheduling meetings soon to find out who wants taps plus take care of any easements we need to
get the project going. The preliminary engineering is complete and we do have the Permit-To-Install from Ohio EPA. This
project consists of approximately 11 miles of line with a storage tank and booster pumps to lift it to the top of the ridge.
There will also need to be an environmental study performed on this project. Please stay tuned for more information
about the meetings,which we will be starting shortly. We must all work together. We also still
have to do a line upgrade in the Unity Road area. This area is located on the north side of Wheat Ridge Road to the intersection
of Bailey Road. This will provide a bigger volume of water to this area. We will also try to obtain
funding for the Poplar Grove/ Betty's Creek area, as well as the Peach Mountain and Lucas Road areas. There will be more
to follow on these proposed projects. If you have any questions

Lawshe/ Louisville Road Project The restoration is complete in this
area. We realize that settling in some areas has occured. Please let us know if settling has occured on your property so we
can make of list to get this addressed. Should you have any questions about the restoration or something still needs
addressed, please contact the business office immediately.
