Summer is nearly over and before you know it this
year will be gone. We have completed a lot of planned work this year but still have more to go. We are awaiting USDA-RD
for a pre-construction meeting for the Lawshe/Louisville Road project. Unger Construction of West Union, Ohio will
be installing this project.We will be glad when this project gets underway. We are planning on installing the Horner Chapel
Road project soon. We are installing a new master meter pit in West Union. We are still looking at different areas
of the county that have not been served. If you don't have water in your area and would like to have, please inquire by calling
the business office. This will allow us to know where the interest in becoming a customer of ACRWD is.
It is still
my desire that there be a water line along every road in the District and that everyone has the opportunity to have a safe,
potable source of drinking water. With the escalating prices of everything, it makes it that much harder for my desires to
be obtained. We are aggressively seeking funding wherever possible to make this happen.
